Sunlit Solar Highlights: July’s Top Installations

A Bright Month for Solar

July brought another spell of bright, hot weather across Somerset, giving solar systems plenty of opportunity to generate clean energy throughout the longer sunny days.

For homeowners with solar, the strong summer conditions meant more chances to make use of electricity generated at home, while battery storage helped capture excess energy for use later in the day or overnight.

It was another busy month for our local, family-run Somerset team, with a wide range of solar and battery installations completed across the area. As always, every system was designed around the property and customer’s needs, using quality equipment built to last and with long-term performance in mind.

We’ve picked out some of our July installation highlights below.

TrustPilot Review – July 2026

Looking Ahead

July gave us plenty of opportunities to see just how effectively a well-designed solar system can perform during the longer sunny days.

For homeowners with battery storage, the benefits continue beyond daylight hours. Excess electricity generated during the day can be stored and used later, helping to reduce reliance on the grid and make better use of the energy produced at home.

Whether you’re considering solar for the first time, looking to add battery storage to an existing system or simply want to understand what might work best for your property, our local, family-run Somerset team is always happy to offer honest, straightforward advice.

With more than 20 years of experience, we design systems around the property and customer’s needs, using quality equipment built to last and providing long-term support well beyond the installation itself.
